Come relax in our spacious, inviting home. It’s kid and pet-friendly! We have a large master suite, a room with 2 twin beds, a room with a queen-size bed, full kitchen, and a large outdoor living space. We are located in a quiet part of Cocoa, we are less than a mile from Fay Lake Wilderness Park, a great place for ATV riding! With access to some of Orlando’s best attractions (Disney, Universal & SeaWorld 52 miles) and beaches (Port Canaveral 23 mins). We also have a great view of the rockets!

Summary: The house was close to the beach, cape Canaveral and restaurants. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the host provided us with beverages and all the necessities needed for a fun stay. I would recommend this property.

Summary: We have rented 3 houses before this one. And by far this was the best for what the host offered with the house. There was laundry soap,dish soap,toilet paper,paper towels and the bath towels were of perfect quality.All the kitchen ware was in excellant shape. Only down fall was the back yard and the concrete on front walk and garage were dangerous. The host was great and very helpful. All in all a great 10days .

Summary: The house was gorgeous. Absolutely spectacular. It was on a quiet side road, and I walked my dogs several times a day around the area. I can't think of anything that I would change during my stay there. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, Julie!
